1. About these Terms
These Terms govern your access to Bridge, operated by atlasTHOUGHT ("Bridge," "we," or "us"). By creating an account or using Bridge, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. If you use Bridge for an organization, you confirm you may accept these Terms for it.
2. Eligibility and account access
Bridge is for adults aged 18 or older. You must provide a truthful date of birth and pass Bridge's age gate. Google Sign-In is currently the only sign-in method. Google does not send your date of birth to Bridge; you enter it in Bridge. We may block access when the information provided indicates you are under 18 or when we cannot verify eligibility.
Keep your account secure and tell us promptly if you believe it has been accessed without permission. You are responsible for activity under your account except to the extent caused by our failure to meet obligations imposed by applicable law.
3. Your content and our limited licence
You keep ownership of content you create. To operate Bridge, you grant atlasTHOUGHT a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, store, reproduce, technically format, display and distribute the content within Bridge, run safety checks and create backups. This licence ends when content is deleted from active Bridge systems, except copies retained temporarily in backups or records kept for safety, security, fraud prevention or legal reasons.
You confirm you have the rights needed to submit your content and its use by Bridge as described will not violate another person's rights or applicable law. Posts, comments, replies, polls, votes and images (including GIFs selected from your device keyboard) are user-generated content and may be visible according to the feature and privacy settings.
4. Rules for using Bridge
You may not use Bridge to:
- Post or request child sexual abuse or exploitation material, groom or sexually solicit a minor, or otherwise endanger or exploit a child.
- Share sexually explicit, non-consensual intimate, harassing, hateful, threatening, violent or privacy-invasive content.
- Threaten, bully, stalk, dox, impersonate or target a person for abuse.
- Promote self-harm, terrorism, dangerous acts, illegal activity, fraud, scams, malware or spam.
- Infringe copyright, trademarks, privacy or other rights, or evade moderation, account restrictions or security controls.
- Disrupt Bridge, probe or attack its systems, or use the Service in a way that violates law.
5. Reporting, blocking and moderation
Bridge uses automated checks and human review of reports and escalated cases. Automated checks can make mistakes and do not guarantee that every prohibited item will be detected. You can report posts, comments and users in the app and block users. We may remove content, limit distribution, issue warnings, suspend or terminate accounts, or take other reasonable action when we believe content or conduct violates these Terms, safety standards or applicable law. You may contact us to request review of an enforcement decision.
6. Account deletion
You can delete your account from Profile → Settings in the app. If you cannot use the app, submit a request on the Bridge account-deletion page. External requests require Google account verification and administrator review; after verification, we aim to complete them within 7 business days. Deletion removes account data and associated content from active systems, subject to limited retention required for safety, security, fraud prevention, legal compliance or disputes. More information is in the Privacy Policy.
7. Service changes and availability
We may add, change or discontinue Bridge features and may suspend access for maintenance, safety, security or legal compliance. We will make reasonable efforts to keep Bridge available but do not promise uninterrupted access. We may update these Terms; material changes will be dated and, when required, presented for acceptance before you can create or upload content.
8. Third-party services and links
Bridge relies on third-party services, including Google Sign-In, Supabase, and media and link-safety providers. Their services may have separate terms and privacy notices. Bridge is not responsible for third-party sites or services it does not control.
9. Disclaimers and liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Bridge is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties that the Service will always be uninterrupted, error-free or free from harmful content. Nothing in these Terms excludes a right or remedy that cannot legally be excluded. To the extent permitted by law, atlasTHOUGHT is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of Bridge; these Terms do not limit liability that applicable law does not allow us to limit.
10. Changes, law and contact
These Terms do not remove rights you have under applicable law. If a provision cannot be enforced, the remaining provisions continue to apply to the extent permitted by law. For questions or concerns, contact atlasthoughthelp@gmail.com.
